Telders International Friendly Rounds
Since 2014, I founded and organized five editions of the International Friendly Rounds for the Telders Moot Court on International Law, to afford teams not enjoying a national round with an opportunity to an equivalent experience, and a chance to train and strengthen their arguments and rhetorical skills.

7th edition of the International Friendly Rounds for the Telders Moot Court
Through Associazione UNICUM, Dr. Vaccaro-Incisa serves once again as administrator for the 2024 International Friendly Rounds for the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition.
The event takes place at the University of Seville on 9-11 May 2024 –thanks to the good offices of UNICUM board member Professor Eulalia Petit de Gabriel-, and it is co-sponsored by law firms Ashurst LLP and GMVI International Law & Dispute Settlement.
This year, the Friendly includes as well a seminar on public international law topics related to the case.

6th edition of the International Friendly Rounds for the Telders Moot Court
On 18-20 May 2023, the 6th edition of the International Friendly Rounds for the 46th edition of the Telders International Moot Court Competition on International Law will take place, this time hosted at the University of Naples ‘Federico II’. The Friendly, for which Dr. Vaccaro-Incisa serves as administrator, includes 6 teams from 5 countries, over a dozen experts in international law serving as judges (academics and practitioners alike), and a seminar on public speaking. The event is co-sponsored by Carnelutti Law Firm and Ashurst. The final bench, composed of Dr. Beke-Martos, Mr. Fuchs, and Dr. Vaccaro-Incisa, decided, with a split vote, in favor of the team from the University of Tuebingen over that from the University of Oslo. Third place for the team from West University of Timisoara.

Vaccaro-Incisa serving as arbitrator and cross-examination instructor for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court (DE).
March 14-17, 2018 – Prof. Vaccaro-Incisa will serve as arbitrator for the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, organized by McDermott Will and Emery Law Firm, along several of the most renowned personalities in the field.
Prof. Vaccaro-Incisa will also participate, along Dr. Sabine Konrad, Dr. Arne Fuchs, Dr. Lucie Gerhardt and Mr. Gavan Griffith, as instructor and witness at the cross-examination course held McDermott local office, organized for the moot’s top qualifying teams.

Nov. 27, 2017 – Vaccaro Law Bureau is proud to serve again as chief organizing sponsor of the International Friendly Rounds for the Telders Moot Court in International Law. Administrator of this 3rd edition of the event is Prof. G.M. Vaccaro-Incisa, assisted by Mr. Piero Gregori.
The event, to which a Symposium on Current Issues in International Law is associated, will take place on 10-12 May, 2018, at the European University Institute (EUI) of Florence.
In addition to EUI, sponsors of the event are also the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille and Threefold Legal Advisors.

Feb. 2017 – The Law Firm is glad to be sponsoring the International Friendly Round, organized at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille on Apr. 27-29, 2017, in preparation of the 40th edition of the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition (taking place at the Peace Palace, seat of the International Court of Justice, on May 17-20).

Chair of the Symposium on the proposed amendments to the Italian Constitution:
Oct. 22, 2016 – Within the framework of the annual event of Associazione UNICUM, Prof. Vaccaro-Incisa, Chair of the Association, has organized and will moderate the symposium on the amendments to the Italian Constitution the Italians are called to approved on Dec. 4, 2016.
Three most learned experts on the Italian Constitution will speak at the event:
- Prof. Francesco Paolo Casavola, Former Member and President of the Italian Constitutional Court; fomer Vice-President of the Badinter Commission;
- Prof. Giovanni Verde, former Deputy-Chair of the High Council of the Judiciary (Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura);
- Prof. Tommaso Edoardo Frosini, Professor of Constitutional Law at UNISOB, amongst the drafter of the proposed constitutional amendments.

Dr. Vaccaro Incisa has been appointed judge for the International Rounds of the Telders Moot Court Competition on International Law, that will be held on May 6th-8th, at the Peace Palace, in The Hague (NL).
On May 5th, as representative of the Italian judges for this international event, Dr. Vaccaro Incisa is expected to meet with H.E. Mr. Francesco Azzarello, Ambassador of the Italian Republic to the Netherlands, to whom he will extend the greetings of Prof. Stefano Liebman, Dean of the School of Law of Bocconi University, which sponsors the participation of the Italian team to the competition.

Dr. Vaccaro Incisa has been appointed administrator of the 1st edition of the International Friendly Rounds for the Telders International Moot Court Competition on International Law.
The competition, hosted by the School of Law of Bocconi University on Apr. 17th-18th, will be preceded by a conference on international law, on Apr. 16th, chaired by Prof. Giorgio Sacerdoti.
The event has been publicized by the European Society of International Law.
