The inclusion of Dr. Vaccaro-Incisa, who has publicly voiced criticism regarding the EU-backed ‘Multilateral Investment Court’ proposal, shows a neutral approach on the part of the EU Commission, arguably reflecting a merit-based procedure to be lauded upon (particularly, in the field of international arbitration).
