Oct. 2023 On 18 Oct. 2023, Dr. Vaccaro-Incisa presented selected findings of his recently published research on “national security & investment screening”. He comparatively reviewed the discipline and case-law of Italy and the UK, and touched upon certain related findings in the very recent Lee Chin v Dominica award.Representative Experience

Nov. 2022 Dr. Vaccaro-Incisa has been appointed lead counsel to conduct parallel arbitration proceedings (SCC and CAM Milan) pitting a freight forwarder controlled by private Russian entities against an Italian oil & gas contractor.Pro Bono Publico
